A Day at Magic Kingdom

A photo journal of our day in Magic Kingdom.  (Friday, May 19)

Magic Kingdom entrance.

Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin

Astro Orbiter.

Mad Tea Party.

Space Mountain.
(The faces captured on all of these rides are hilarious.)

Then we met up with my mom and dad and youngest sister who had been hanging out with Snow White.

And another sister and brother-in-law.

We rode the Carousel of Progress before hopping on the Walt Disney World Railroad to Frontierland.

We loved Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.

We finally got to climb through the Swiss Family Robinson Tree House.

After riding Pirates of the Caribbean we headed to It's a Small World.
It had been sprinkling on and off all afternoon.  We got stuck outside in the line during a torrential downpour.  The ponchos that we had packed were safely back in our hotel room and no map or sweatshirt was any match for the rain.  We got soaked through and could only laugh and laugh.  :)  We made it under the covering just as the rain stopped.

Festival of Fantasy Parade

Later in the afternoon we met up with my sister and her cute family.  (Now we were all there together.)

While Beza rode The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, the rest of us rode the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train.

We all had dinner together at the Crystal Palace.

Tomorrowland Speedway.
Funny story.  M had the wheel and I had the accelerator.  At the end of the ride I told her to make sure to slow down so that she wouldn't slam into Daddy and Beza. (See her little head in car 20 below?)  I totally forgot that I was the one in charge of speed in our car and we crashed right into them. ;)

Ariel and Under the Sea.

Beza got to play the role of Beast at Enchanted Tales with Belle. (M and T were at the Haunted Mansion with J.)

"Happily Ever After" fireworks.

It was a good, full day at Magic Kingdom.
