Over the past two weeks we've had a lot of fun celebrating T's 7th birthday.
(Sidenote: Dude has accidentally swallowed 3 out of the 5 teeth he's lost so far.)
Birthday Day (2/19):
(Beautiful birthday sunset on the way to dinner out at the Cheesecake Factory.)
Weekend with Nana and Pop:
(Visiting our favorite maple syrup farm.)
(Nana's AMAZING cake creation.)
Saturday (yesterday) with GrammyKathy, Grandpa and Aunt Jo.
(They had planned to stay overnight, but after checking the weather at 7pm and seeing that the impending snow storm was coming sooner than expected, they were packed up and heading home before 7:15. Fastest trip on record. We snapped this picture on the way out the door to prove that they had been here. ;)
Besides all things birthday, we've also been reading.
Plugging along at school.
(Learning about Jamestown while coloring the Susan Constant.)
Being reminded to help out those dry, dry hands while they sleep.
Wearing our HEAVY winter coats for all they're worth.
And trying to fend off Spring Fever. (Though, perhaps garden shows just make you want flowers and green grass more than ever?)
Happy March (the month that brings spring)!
