Once upon a time I made some Pasta e Fagioli with extra to freeze. Yum!
A few weeks later that Pasta e Fagioli (which is incredibly hard for me to remember how to spell) sounded like a great quick dinner.
Except for this.
That would be my Pasta e Fagioli frozen solid around the freezer grates. Not exactly quick. :)
Oh, and a little girl here has just learned what to do when the camera pops out.
